Technical Support Utility Files

**These utilities should only be used at the direction of a Worden technical support agent.**

General Support Files

WordenSupport.exe - Allows Worden tech agents to connect to your computer remotely to diagnose problems.

WordenLogUtil.exe - Allows Worden tech agents to collect files and system information for troubleshooting.

WordenLog.dmg - This is the Mac version of the Worden Log Utility.

Microsoft .NET Framework Version 3.5 (dotnetfix.exe) - Link to download Microsoft’s .NET Framework, required for StockFinder.

Microsoft Silverlight 4.0 - The install page for Microsoft Silverlight 4.0, required for TC2000 V12.

TC2000® version 12 Support Files

TC2000Reset.exe - Utility to clear damaged settings and isolated storage for TC2000.

TC2000ISDRemoval.dmg - Mac version of the TC2000 Reset utility.

TC2000Uninstall.exe - Utility to manually uninstall TC2000 and all associated files.

TC2000Uninstall.dmg - Mac version of the uninstall utility.

TC2000® version 7 Support Files

Full Reinstall - Quick Link to download full version of TC2000 version 7.

Repair Install - Downloads replacement program files but does not touch data.

Clean Install/Backup Utility - Advanced support utility to backup settings and completely remove installations of TeleChart/TC2000 version 7.

Support Utility - Advanced support utility to handle various issues with TC2000 version 7.

StockFinder® Support Files

SFReset.exe - Utility to clear damaged program files or corrupt settings.

SFRemoveAllData.exe - Utility to remove damaged data - will require a complete reinstall of StockFinder data.
